Returns
& Refunds
My return and refund policy is 14 business days from receiving your order. Unfortunately I cannot offer a return or refund outside this time frame
Returns & refunds -
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in it's original packaging and seal intact. To complete your return, I require you to retain your own copy of the sale invoice. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you I have received it, and to let you know of either the approval, or rejection, of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days

Exchanges -
I will only replace items that are defective. If you need to exchange an item, email Jo to discuss it further.
