Returns
& Refunds
Our return and refund policy is 14 business days. Unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund outside this time frame.
Returns & refunds -
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in it's original packaging and seal intact. To complete your return, we require you to retain your own copy of the sale invoice. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item and notify you of either the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges -
We will only replace items that are defective. If you need to exchange an item, email Jo to discuss it further.
